Clinical Educator

You’ll create and deliver clinical training materials tailored to what the organization needs most, including onboarding and ongoing training modules Work closely with the National Clinical Services Manager and District Managers to prioritize and coordinate training programs across the region Identify best practices and make sure they’re shared and implemented throughout the team Oversee clinical quality by regularly reviewing documentation and, when needed, conducting joint sessions with clinical staff to provide guidance and feedback Keep detailed records of all training activities, attendance, assessments, and any retraining that’s required Evaluate how effective the training programs are by gathering feedback, running assessments, and using surveys to make improvements
