Your new role
As a Digital Engagement Intern, you will support the team in shaping how Novo Nordisk connects with healthcare professionals, patients and consumers across digital platforms. It's a hands-on opportunity to bring fresh ideas, creativity and a sharp eye for digital trends into the work we do every day – while learning how digital engagement drives real outcomes in healthcare.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the planning and execution of digital engagement campaigns across social media, content platforms and other online channels
- Assisting in creating engaging digital content – from social posts and short videos to visuals and influencer-led content
- Monitoring online trends, popular influencers and emerging platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Podcasts) and translating these into ideas for the team
- Helping to track campaign performance and gather digital insights to inform future activities
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical and Commercial colleagues to ensure consistent and impactful digital experiences
Internship duration: 3 August 2026 – 5 February 2027, based in Jakarta. Internship allowance provided.

Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a curious, creative and digitally savvy individual who is excited to learn how digital engagement shapes the future of healthcare. You will bring with you:
- Recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field from a reputable university
- Strong passion for digital engagement, with a finger on the pulse of current online trends, digital marketing, popular influencers and social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Podcasts)
- Creative thinking and a tech-savvy mindset, with the ability to translate trends and ideas into engaging digital content
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word; experience with visual and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar apps/software is a plus
