Training Director

Position Overview: The Training Director is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of training  to staff. This role involves managing training initiatives, assessing training effectiveness, and  ensuring alignment with HCPDO mission, vision and values. The Training Director supports  employee development and works with leadership to align training programs with organizational  goals. The Training Director reports directly to the Chief of Legal Services, but will collaborate with  other supervisors about training needs, as well as work with the Training Committee regarding  education of the bar generally.
