Technician Trainer (Semiconductor Services) - 1st Shift

The Trainer is responsible for onboarding, certifying, and upskilling technicians while actively supporting production operations on the floor. This role ensures employees are capable of performing cleaning, coating, and related service processes safely, consistently, and to quality standards.

This position functions as a floor-based leader and technical resource, reinforcing standard work, coaching employees in real-time, and helping maintain throughput, quality, and compliance in a high-precision semiconductor services environment.
