SUMMARYThe Facilities Technician performs preventative and general maintenance tasks, installations, general cleaning, and other tasks as assigned. - Deliver internal and external guest service in accordance with company service standards- Performs all duties in a polite, professional, and responsible manner- Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and dry wall repairs- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs as directed- Complete ready repairs such as cabinet installations, restroom fixture repair, lighting fixture replacements etc- Inspect and adjust property equipment as necessary- Collaborate with other Facilities Team Members and Departments on tasks and projects- Assist in the...
