Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels
- Create, edit, and coordinate marketing content (copy, visuals, videos) in line with brand guidelines
- Manage social media calendars and community engagement
- Support product launches, promotions, and events
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, product) and external partners or agencies
- Maintain marketing assets, databases, and CRM systems
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget

Technology Proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication

- Campaign planning and execution
- Data analysis and performance reporting
- Paid advertising (Google Ads, social ads) – nice to have

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and channels
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Creative problem-solving skills
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or related role
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, social media management tools, analytics)
- Experience supporting or managing marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Familiarity with paid advertising, or content marketing is a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
