Job Responsibilities:

二、任职资格

教育程度:大学本科及以上学历,英语四级,环境工程、安全管理、机械制造等相关专业;

工作经验: 4年及以上EHS体系管理工作经验;

专业技能要求: 熟悉ISO14001及ISO45001标准;

掌握审核原理及相关的审核技巧;

熟悉环境管理专业知识和职业健康安全专业知识;

熟悉与EHS相关的法律法规知识;

能力要求:具备比较出色的组织协调与沟通能力,工作细致严谨;

具备比较出色的EHS培训能力;

其他特殊要求:有EHS体系外审员资格证,注册安全工程师证最佳,熟练应用办公软件。

*如有相关工作经验或者表现优异,或应届毕业生表现优异者,以上任职资格要求可适当放宽

三、主要工作联系

对内:总部及工厂各部门

对外:EHS管理体系咨询公司、EHS管理体系认证公司、环境健康安全等相关业务服务商(如环评、安评、职业健康评价、消防、污水处理、三废监测等单位)、MPJ承包商、产品的顾客、政府部门等。

四、主要岗位职责

1.建立和维护EHS管理体系的有效运行

1)建立和维护公司EHS管理体系负责不定期更新和完善EHS相关程序文件夹;

2)协助工厂建立其工厂级的EHS管理体系文件;

3)配合管理者代表制定公司级EHS管理方案,并督促相关部门按时完成EHS管理方案;

4)组织并实施总部与各工厂内部EHS管理体系审核;

5)跟踪内审不符合项,直至关闭;

6)负责推动Mafact 安全,环境和持续发展模块;

7)负责MPWEHS管理体系第三方认证审核工作;

8)引导外审团队,事前准备好文件,并安排有关部门审核的准备工作;

9)跟进不符合项的整改;

10)评审各部门的环境因素与危险源的识别情况,汇总重要环境因素与重要危险源;

11)识别并确定公司级的重要环境因素与重要危险源;

12)芜湖工厂新进员工EHS培训;

13)根据公司年度培训计划,配合人力资源部开展有关EHS方面的培训;

2.确保满足EHS法律法规要求及客户EHS要求

1)收集并定期更新我司适合的EHS法律法规;

2)对EHS相关法律法规进行符合性评价;

3)从销售部获取客户EHS要求并评价;

4)将不符合EHS法律法规的内容上报高层领导,寻求支持,进行纠正完善;

3.负责协助工厂人机工效工作的开展

1)引导并组织各工厂根据麦格纳要求开展人机工效工作

2)确保每季度通过麦格纳的人机工效评估

3)为工厂人机工效工作提出技术支持

4)推进新工艺新设备前期的人机工效评估

5)作为协调员,协调麦格纳与公司之间的人机工效工作

4.负责芜湖工厂污水处理运行情况进行监督

1)负责对各工厂污水处理运行情况进行监督检查,对不符合项要求其整改;

5.负责芜湖工厂新项目的EHS行政许可(如环境影响评价、安全评价等)

1)对芜湖工厂新项目的EHS行政许可进行审查,对不符合项进行监督整改;

6.负责对接各级政府部门和相关部门

1)负责和环保部门的各项检测和数据要求;

2)负责消防部门的检查和数据上传;

3)负责安监和卫健委的检查和数据上传

4)负责公安部门的安保检查和数据上传

7.负责芜湖工厂可持续发展的推动

1)组织和协调芜湖工厂的可持续发展项目

2)支持总部的可持续发展计划的实施

8. 负责芜湖工厂消防管理

1)负责监督消防维保工作

2)负责消防设施的更换

3)负责火灾应急措施

9. 负责芜湖工厂安保管理

1)负责保安监督管理

2)负责出入门管理

3)负责安保监控和其他安保设施的管理

4)负责员工宿舍的综合治理
