1. Programs
- Be available to lead and or assist with program implementation across all programming areas of the Bullock Center.
- Assist with events planning, preparation and implementation
- Assist with admissions and registration process
- Participate with youth in drop-in activities such as games, cards, and reading
- Ensure all rules and regulations of the Bullock Center are followed at all times, bringing any issues to the attention of the Director
- Assist with facility cleaning and maintenance on a regular basis
- Ensure program areas, especially the Learning Center and the Community Room, are neat and tidy at all times
- Outgoing personality; able to establish comradery with all types of people, youth and adult
- Unquestionable integrity and honesty
- Willing to learn; a team player
- Reliable and hardworking
- Appreciation of the Catholic Church, its teachings and traditions
- Personal compassion for and commitment to those in need and respect for all individuals irrespective of their personal circumstances
- At least two years of experience in working in a community programs or support role
- Flexibility working schedule to include some Saturday and Sunday rotations
- Basic computer skills
