At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a 1st Shift Assembly Supervisor to join the Lighting Sector Kenall Team in Kenosha, WI. The Assembly Supervisor reports to the Production Manager and is responsible for the operation of the Assembly Department. The overall objective is the efficient and effective use of labor, material, tools, equipment and facilities in meeting customer requirements as directed by production schedules issued by Material Control. The successful Assembly Supervisor will hire, train, assist, maintain morale, and motivate employees.
