
Assistant Business Solutions Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities: Elicit, analyze, and document business
, user stories, process workflows, risks, timelines, and communication plans for projects
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and within budget
Engage and influence stakeholders to secure necessary support, input, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Facilitate and chair project meetings, including design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and issue resolution discussions
Manage project closure activities, including financial reconciliation, documentation archiving, and post-implementation reviews
Provide clear and timely communication to all stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, issues, and status updates
Develop and execute test plans to validate that solutions meet business and functional
Analyze data to identify business challenges and opportunities for operational or strategic improvement
Deliver training and support to end users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
Integrate
tracking into project plans to ensure measurable outcomes are monitored post-implementation
Ensure all project activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory
Serve as the Product Owner responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization of enhancements for the EB system
: At least 3-5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or solution delivery
Good understanding of IT Infrastructure topics Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
University degree or post graduate degree level Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, or Agile/Scrum certifications
Experienced in managing insurance, projects Experience with digital transformation or system implementation projects in the insurance sector
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
Knowledge of data analytics tools or techniques (e.g., SQL, Power BI)
Exposure to regional or cross-functional project environments
