ACCIONA in Infrastructure is currently looking for a Chief Mechanic in MCRP-02 project in San Fernando, PampangaJob Description
Responsible for leading and performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of all project equipment and vehicles.
Assists the workshop supervisor in planning maintenance activities, diagnosing equipment failures, coordinating repairs and ensuring equipment availability and reliability
Supervises mechanics during repairs and maintenance works, maintains service records, ensure compliance with company safety policies and maintenance procedures
Provides technical expertise to minimize equipment downtime and support continuous project operation
Required Skills and Competencies
Driver License (B,B1,B2,C,D)
NCII Certificate as Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Experience in maintenance and repair of heavy equipment and light vehicles
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, service instructions and equipment drawings
Experience supervising mechanics and coordinating maintenance activities
Good communication and teamwork skills
