Responsibilities:
- Respond to members and their guests in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
- Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
- Assists servers and kitchen staff in all areas of food service.
- Maintain exemplary knowledge of restaurant menus, as well as changing promotions and specials.
- Completes side work as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Friendly and personable
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times
- Have a passion for performing your duties to the best of your abilities, and you’re able to adapt and improve where necessary
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
- Ability to think on your feet and make decisions when needed
- Ability to be on your feet up to 8 hrs
