Job Description
- Be on top of CRM trends and own complex projects to further grow the contribution of CRM to business results
- Own complex CRM projects to support new product launches and ensure CRM-readiness from a technical and commercial perspective.
- Leverage data to better understand our customer segments and their lifecycle, ultimately increasing LTV and retention
- Act as the key CRM stakeholder in product streams, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate product features into CRM measures
- Deliver a seamless lifecycle experience by managing impactful campaigns across multiple channels including email, push, SMS etc.
- Continuously identify friction points in the customer experience and develop CRM-based solutions to enhance product engagement
- Exceptional CRM knowledge with profound technical and commercial understanding; ideally with experience in implementing and scaling multi-product strategies
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects with a focus on long-term strategy and high-quality execution
- Deep-knowledge of the customer-lifecycle with first-hand experience in developing customer-focused and scalable activation-, engagement-, retention-, and loyalty strategies
- Strong track record in following an innovative ‘test-and-learn’-culture to continuously adjust the CRM approach for an ongoing improvement of results
- Pragmatism in executing short-term projects while not losing sight of our long-term strategy
- You are fluent in German and English
