Job Description

Your Responsibilities

  • Technical consulting and support for our OEM and end customers from dairies, breweries, and beverage production

  • Identifying and developing tailor-made customer solutions

  • Active sales in a territory with many existing customers and strong growth potential

  • Collecting customer feedback (VOC – Voice of Customer) to continuously expand our customer understanding and generate impulses for product development

  • Documentation of sales activities in the CRM system

  • Tracking and successfully winning customer projects

     

  • Your Profile

  • Experience in food production and sales is desirable

  • Strong passion for sales and an open mindset for modern sales approaches

  • Willingness to travel

  • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage

  • Strong communication skills and fluent Italian and English negotiation skills

  • Independent and structured way of working

  • Sales territory is Italy
