Calling all dental professionals in Phoenix! Are you passionate about transforming smiles and patient experiences? As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll be the heart of our cutting-edge dental practice, delivering exceptional patient care in the vibrant Phoenix healthcare market.
We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice.

Schedule:
- Monday: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM
- Tuesday: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 6:45 AM – 2:00 PM
Responsibilities
As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding patient experience by:
- Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
- Presenting treatment plans with confidence, clarity, and compassion
- Helping patients understand insurance benefits and financing options
- Coordinating schedules to optimize patient flow and office productivity
- Managing patient records and documentation accurately
- Collaborating closely with doctors and team members to support patient care
- Building strong relationships that encourage patient trust and case acceptance
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of treatment coordinating experience
- 1+ years of dental insurance experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with dental software systems or the ability to learn quickly
- Proven ability to meet performance expectations and contribute to team success
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Curve, MacPractice, or similar dental software
- Knowledge of dental office operations and workflows
- Strong understanding of dental insurance benefits and treatment presentation
