Job Description

General Overview

Calling all dental professionals in Phoenix! Are you passionate about transforming smiles and patient experiences? As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll be the heart of our cutting-edge dental practice, delivering exceptional patient care in the vibrant Phoenix healthcare market.

 

We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice.

Schedule:

  • Monday: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 6:45 AM – 2:00 PM 

Responsibilities

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding patient experience by:

  • Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
  • Presenting treatment plans with confidence, clarity, and compassion
  • Helping patients understand insurance benefits and financing options
  • Coordinating schedules to optimize patient flow and office productivity
  • Managing patient records and documentation accurately
  • Collaborating closely with doctors and team members to support patient care
  • Building strong relationships that encourage patient trust and case acceptance

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of treatment coordinating experience 
  • 1+ years of dental insurance experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with dental software systems or the ability to learn quickly
  • Proven ability to meet performance expectations and contribute to team success

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Curve, MacPractice, or similar dental software
  • Knowledge of dental office operations and workflows
  • Strong understanding of dental insurance benefits and treatment presentation
