In all we do, we have established determined and measurable targets throughout each aspect of our business, from purchasing to materials used to product promotion Responsibilities Act as a role model by providing an exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening and assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as Missoni history and heritage; Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business; Drive and exceed individual KPI goals, by ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality of sales; Ensure all associates keep constant and effective communication with customers and provide the highest level of customer service; Capture meaningful customer data according to the company tools (CRM), for the purposes of connecting with the client, building relationships and personalizing future client development opportunities; Maintain an active, accurate, neat and organized client book, contacting clients regularly and providing appropriate follow-up on all sales or client requests; Ensure respect and proper implementation in merchandising, visual presentations, housekeeping Ensure cash control procedures are properly followed; Floor leadership duties; opening/closing the store, organizing coverage for the floor when associates are at lunch/taking a break; Support the store manager in daily operations of the boutique; Accurately process all transactions, including the operation of Cash Register Please note that although we have tried to give you an indication of your responsibilities, this is not an exhaustive list of your duties and you may be required to carry out tasks that are not included in this job description. Qualifications 3+ years of sales experience preferably in a similar role or customer service setting; Passionate and knowledgeable about Fashion, Luxury and Art; Open-minded, lively, enthusiastic, optimistic, energetic; emphatic.
