People & Culture Lead

As the UK&I People & Culture Lead for Taco Bell, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy across our growing UK and Ireland business. Partnering closely with senior leaders, you'll lead talent, engagement, employee relations, leadership development, and people planning across corporate stores, while collaborating with franchise partners to build a strong and consistent people culture. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a strategic HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment and is passionate about helping teams grow, perform, and Live Más.
