Job Description

Recruiting Team Overview The Recruiting Team at HealthRIGHT360 drives full-cycle recruitment to attract and hire top talent across the organization. We play a critical role in advancing HealthRIGHT360's mission by building a diverse, skilled workforce grounded in our values of compassion, equity, and excellence in care. Our Recruiters partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and external stakeholders to develop effective sourcing strategies, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and meet our workforce goals.  About the Role  We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Recruiter to join our team, reporting to the Recruitment Supervisor. You're a collaborative talent partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances multiple priorities with ease, and takes pride in connecting people to meaningful work.  In this role, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding - for a diverse range of positions across our programs. You'll build relationships with community-based organizations (CBOs), workforce development programs, and other partners to cultivate inclusive pipelines that reflect the communities we serve. If you're passionate about mission-driven work and energized by connecting candidates from all walks of life to careers that matter, this role is for you.  This position requires reasonable commuting distance to San Francisco program sites and administrative offices. The standard schedule includes one in-office day per week of your choosing, plus bi-weekly new hire orientations that you will lead in person.    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   Own the full recruiting lifecycle - from sourcing strategy and pipeline development through offer negotiation - with a focus on candidate experience and data-driven hiring decisions. Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, build sourcing strategies, and align on timelines and goals, including facilitating a kickoff call for every new role. Develop inclusive, compelling job postings that give candidates a clear picture of the role and a strong first impression of HealthRIGHT360. Schedule and coordinate interviews with accuracy and a candidate-first mindset; be onsite for key and leadership-level interviews. Maintain clean, current pipeline data in our ATS and trackers, ensuring all candidate records, statuses, and communications are up to date. Track and report on recruiting metrics, including conversion rates and event effectiveness, to hiring managers, HR, and leadership on a regular cadence. Use our ATS and CRM to build talent communities, run engagement campaigns, and keep candidates connected to our brand and mission. Drive the offer process from end to end, including extensions, negotiations, closing, and offer letter generation. Manage candidate onboarding from document collection through first-day readiness, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition. Facilitate new hire orientation in person at least twice a month. Build and execute sourcing strategies through CBOs, workforce development programs, career fairs, and community events to expand our reach and build diverse, inclusive pipelines. Develop and maintain strong external partnerships that support access to talent from a broad range of backgrounds and lived experiences. Travel to campuses, events, and partner organizations as needed, with flexibility for occasional non-standard hours. Lead recruiting initiatives and cross-functional projects that improve and scale our recruiting operations. Travel within California at least 20% to program sites, events, educational institutions, and partner organizations.     QUALIFICATIONS   Education, Certification, and Experience   High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 1 year of in-house experience. Experience with healthcare or staffing recruitment preferred. Desired:  Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed recruiting platforms. Full-cycle hiring experience, including sourcing and closing specialized roles (e.g., clinical, medical, or licensed positions).
