Your mission

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our Supply Chain and Logistics team in Loovälja, Estonia. 

In this pivotal role, you will support sourcing activities for direct and indirect materials and services, ensuring competitive supplier selection, continuity of supply, and efficient procurement execution. The role assists in supplier management, RFQ processes, spend analysis, contract administration, sourcing projects, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities, with a particular focus on indirect procurement categories.

The role is based in Loovälja, Estonia in our brand new factory and with flexible work arrangements and remote working options. There is arranged bus transportation available from Tallinn to the factory and back.

Your tasks

Sourcing & Supplier Support
  • Contribute to end to end sourcing activities, including RFQs/RFIs, supplier analysis, and market intelligence.
  • Support supplier selection, negotiations, and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of supplier data and sourcing documentation.

Indirect Procurement Support
  • Drive sourcing across indirect spend categories, supporting supplier selection, contract management, and cross functional collaboration to ensure efficient procurement processes.

Cost Analysis & Reporting
  • Drive data driven sourcing decisions through spend analysis, TCO evaluation, and reporting of key KPIs and insights.

Process, ERP & Compliance
  • Ensure efficient Procure to Pay operations by managing ERP purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and process compliance, while maintaining accurate data and supporting audits.

Your profile


  • 2–3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supply Chain or a related area. Experience with indirect purchasing activities is considered an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of sourcing and procurement principles.
  • Familiarity with indirect procurement categories and supplier management.
  • Experience with RFQ processes and commercial evaluations.
  • Basic contract and commercial terms awareness.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken). Estonian is a plus. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Economics or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Monitor is a plus).
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment.
  • Analytical and data driven professional with strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent organization, and a proactive problem solving mindset.
  • Proactive, detail oriented team player with a customer focused mindset, strong integrity, and a drive for continuous improvement.
