Supervisor, Preschool Early Intervention

Location: AIU Central Office, 475 E. Waterfront Drive, Homestead, PA 15120

Position Summary: This position is accountable for planning, coordinating and supervising the delivery of educational services to eligible preschool children with special needs in order to ensure that the individualized needs of each child is met and services are being implemented as written in the child's Individualized Education Program (IEP). The Supervisor of Special Education acts as a Local Education Agency representative in matters related to educational planning for new and continuing students. The Supervisor of Special Education is accountable for the management and evaluation of program staff.
