- Develop BIM models for precast erection plans, components, connections, details, and piece tickets
- Coordinate architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings and models
- Prepare project documentation in accordance with company standards and processes
- Support project teams by completing assigned tasks accurately and on schedule
- Work under the direction of precast engineers, BIM Specialists, and BIM leadership
- Assist with presentations and modeling for business development efforts
- Review own work for quality and accuracy
- Meet project deadlines and adhere to budgeted hours
- Participate in training and professional development initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Associate’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent industry experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Architectural, Civil, Industrial, or Structural Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of experience producing precast documents required
- Proficient with CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla
- Working knowledge of office software including Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills
