ECS is seeking a Computer Systems Architect - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program. The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.

Task 4 — Enterprise Operations Support — provides 24/7/365 network monitoring, control, and management from the RCC-ARNG Network Operations Center (NOC) over classified and unclassified networks, delivering DoDIN services including data, voice, and video across the ARNG's distributed enterprise infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine enterprise systems architectures across hosting, network, cloud, and application environments.
- Assist in creating reference designs and integration documentation.
- Optimize performance plans under senior direction.
- Conduct technical analysis and evaluate system impacts.
- Ensure architectural artifacts align with cybersecurity and configuration management requirements.
- Support the development of secure, scalable solutions compliant with DoD STIG standards.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance system availability and reliability.
- Implement best practices for cloud platforms and virtualization technologies.
