Job Description
Fanatics is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Service Desk team as an Analyst II. This role will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to internal users across various departments and locations. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about technology, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position will be on-site, m-f, 9 am to 6 pm IST, based out of our Hyderabad office. A training period of at least 30 days will require a shift from 1 pm – 10 pm IST upon hire. Schedules will shift to 9 am to 6 pm IST after the training period is complete.
