Join our Intermodal Transportation Team where you'll shape the future of logistics while working alongside a talented group of supply chain managers.

In this role, you'll drive strategic initiatives that transform how goods move across multiple transportation modes while fostering collaboration and building lasting partnerships. From leading a team to implementing long-term plans, you will be an integral part of our future innovation, helping us continually redefine and offer the best customer experience. You will be part of the RAIL external partnership team, managing some of the major RAIL partners across EU.

Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end relationships with 1P Rail partners , acting as the primary Amazon point of contact for commercial, operational, and escalation topics
- Drive partner performance against defined KPIs
- Leading business reviews with Amazon leadership and senior-level Rail executives
- Own the Rail Partner Performance Tracker, ensuring weekly data accuracy and trend visibility for leadership
- Act as escalation point for partner-related disruptions
- Own and drive the E2E process compliance framework for Rail operations
- Lead OP1/OP2 planning cycles with partner capacity inputs, cost modelling, and corridor expansion business cases
- Willing to travel up to 15%

A day in the life
- Review the performance and attainment with our internal supporting functions and our external Rail and Terminal partners
- Track the progress of upcoming expansions
- Build business case and design network on new corridor expansions
- Discuss new operating model and data accuracy with our Legal, Finance and Network team
- Enhance operational performance on every programme in partnership with your stakeholders by leading specific efficiency improvement programs for Rail.

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience in supply chain
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience managing external transportation partners or account management

- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience being responsible/leading large and complex negotiations
