Job Description
This position is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation within our food and beverage division. Stewards thoroughly clean all kitchen equipment, floors, mats, ovens, walls and any additional projects assigned by the Executive Chef.

Thoroughly and efficiently sweeps and mops all floors in kitchen and Banquet spaces.
Washes all floor mats in kitchen, bar, and banquet spaces nightly
Sweeps, mops , floors in Associate Cafeteria along with walls, and garbage area.
Maintains and sanitizes associate rest rooms in main kitchen.
Cleans and scrubs all floor drains in main kitchen, cafeteria, banquet spaces nightly.
Cleans and sanitizes all kitchen counter tops nightly.
Thoroughly sweeps and mops under all kitchen equipment nightly
Wash Returns all garbage cans to the loading dock nightly.
Complete all additional rotating nightly tasks per the overnight steward checklist.
Job Requirements
Team work and communication skills
Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency
Must be able to work around a variety of chemicals and be able to respond to hazardous situations
Good communication, time management, follow-through and customer services skills are required
Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift
Requires frequent bending, reaching overhead and squatting. Lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance and a minimum of 100 lbs with assistance
Push/pull objects weighing up to 75 lbs without assistance
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, specifically weekends and holidays
Pay range: $25.83 - $34.44/hour
