
Oracle HCM Senior Analyst
Job Description
You Must Have
8+ years working in technology field and relevant experience in system design and development
8+ years of hands-on configuration implementation experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on the Core HR module and Help Desk
8+ years of Business Process Knowledge – Understanding of HR business processes (hire-to-retire, talent management, benefits enrollment, etc.).
8+ years of Requirements Gathering & Fit-Gap Analysis – Ability to engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into configurations.
8+ years of Proficiency in creating configuration workbooks, design documents, and training materials.
We Value
Oracle Implementation Certification in the Core HR and/or Help Desk modules
Experience in implementing or supporting other Oracle HCM modules
Proficiency in SQL and report building using Oracle BI
Strong eagerness to learn, with a keen eye for detail
Self-motivated, adaptable, and a collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to establish strong relationships with team members and business stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Demonstrated technical leadership, with solid planning and follow-up capabilities; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
