Why this role matters
As part of the Sales West-Center Team, you will support the development of Biocodex in Romania by strengthening the company’s presence and relationships with healthcare professionals.
Your mission: bring Biocodex products to life through meaningful scientific dialogue, ensuring accurate, ethical, and fully compliant communication, while actively engaging with healthcare professionals and supporting the team during a maternity leave replacement.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will:
- Promote the Biocodex portfolio to specialist and family physicians in the assigned territory.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen trusted relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals in the targeted area.
- Organize, participate in, and support medical events, ensuring high-quality scientific interactions.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to achieve agreed objectives, as well as with the Marketing and Medical teams to implement promotional and medical education strategies.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of activity reports and any other information requested by the line manager.
What you bring
- A university degree, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in medical product promotion, covering a minimum of two relevant specialties such as family medicine, pediatrics, gastroenterology, ENT, gynecology.
- Basic level of English communication skills.
- A valid category B driving license.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage healthcare professionals through meaningful scientific dialogue.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Curiosity, openness to experimentation, and a continuous learning attitude, with a strong focus on self-development.
- Autonomy, accountability, and the ability to organize activities efficiently in the assigned territory.
- A genuine interest in how AI can be applied in business, with a responsible mindset focused on quality, efficiency, and performance.
