About the role
Join our Human Resources team as HR intern to experience the day-to-day recruitment and HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment activities, employee engagement initiative and internal HR process, making it ideal for students who want practical experience in Human Resources within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing and screening candidates
  • Assist with daily HR administrative tasks and documentation
  • Support employee records management, filing, and HR data updates
  • Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and internal events
  • Support onboarding and offboarding preparation activities
  • Provide general support for HR operations and ad-hoc assignments
     
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
  • Strong interest in recruitment and Human Resources operations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • A proactive team player with a positive and responsible attitude
