This program provides hands-on training and classroom instruction while you work alongside experienced healthcare professionals. You’ll learn how to support residents with daily care, mobility, meals, and comfort—while earning and building skills for a long-term healthcare career.

Qualifications (Summary)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Willing to complete on-the-job training and CNA certification (as required by law)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist residents with mobility (with proper equipment and assistance)
- Ability to complete documentation accurately
