About the job:
Job Purpose & Objectives
Support and assist Front Office and/or HUB teams of Head Office
Keep control of the daily operational transactions processed by HUB teams
Maintain accurate records of the daily operational transactions
Manage and keep records of the original documents
Communicate with clients to resolve any issues related to the transactions processed by HUB teams
Prepare reports and/or statistics
Perform other duties assigned by supervisor from time to time
Job Specifications
Qualification & Experience
Diploma or Degree holder
Minimum 5 years’ banking experience, preferably in loan and/or trade finance operation
Knowledge & Skills
PC literacy (Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Language
Fluency in written and spoken English
Fluency in spoken Mandarin
Other Skills (e.g. Interpersonal, Communication etc)
Proactive
Customer-oriented
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work in a matrix reporting structure, multi-functional and cross-cultural environment
Well-organized and meticulous in detail
Independent and able to work under pressure
Good team player
