About The Role
Are you creative, commercially minded, and passionate about live music and live events? Face To Face Touring is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing & Ticketing team, someone who loves bringing campaigns to life and understands the connection between great marketing and sold-out shows.

You'll work across an incredible mix of festivals and touring brands, supporting the delivery of campaigns that connect audiences with unforgettable live experiences. From digital and social media through to traditional advertising, campaign reporting, and community engagement, you'll play a key role in driving ticket sales and growing some of Australia's most loved events. You'll have the opportunity to work across an exciting portfolio including Red Hot Summer Tour, SummerSalt, Lookout Festival, Castaway Festival, Sunburnt Country, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Campaign delivery: Support the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media channels (radio, TV, etc.)
- Digital marketing: Assist in delivering paid and organic campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Ticket sales performance: Help drive ticket sales through strategic, data-informed campaign planning and performance optimisation.
- Budget and media management: Support the delivery of campaigns within allocated budgets and timelines, ensuring spend is monitored and optimised to maximise ROI and conversion outcomes.
- Social and community engagement: Help manage and grow our online communities by responding to audience interactions and fostering engagement across our brands.
- Campaign reporting and insights: Monitor daily and weekly campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results and inform future activity.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly.
- Platform and asset management: Coordinate campaign assets, advertising account access, and marketing materials to ensure campaigns launch on time and remain on brand.
- Industry awareness: Stay across trends in music, live events, digital marketing, and social media, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the team.
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant experience: 4+ years' experience in marketing, media, or campaign coordination, ideally within music, entertainment, sport, lifestyle, or live events.
- Multi-channel marketing experience: Experience supporting and driving the development and delivery of multi-channel campaign strategies, with an understanding of audience targeting, optimisation, and conversion performance.
- Commercial mindset: A strong understanding of how marketing activity contributes to ticket sales, revenue growth, and measurable business outcomes.
- Organisation and attention to detail: The ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, budgets, and moving parts simultaneously without missing a beat.
- Communication skills: Confidence collaborating with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking: A passion for storytelling, content, and building engaged communities across digital platforms.
- Analytical approach: Comfortable interpreting campaign data and performance metrics to optimise results and improve future campaigns.
- Industry passion: Enthusiastic about live music, entertainment, pop culture, and emerging digital trends, with a genuine passion for the industry.
- Tech-savvy: Experience with platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, or similar CRM and marketing automation tools will be highly regarded.
