The Event & Guest Services Coordinator will act as a liaison between the venue, its staff, contractors, and clients to ensure details required for the successful preparation, execution, and reporting for assigned space rentals are managed in compliance with the terms of the contract, guidelines, and policies. The Event & Guest Services Coordinator will oversee the recruitment, training, and coordination of event staff in collaboration with the Director of Events. The Event & Guest Services Coordinator will support in-venue community recreation booking and communications with the City of Dawson Creek, user groups, and Venue Staff.
