YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-driven Senior Director, Strategic Enablement, to establish and scale the capabilities, frameworks, and operating models that enable Customer Solutions to deliver consistent business results and exceptional customer outcomes.

As a member of the Customer Solutions leadership team, this role will drive organizational effectiveness through business intelligence, operational excellence, capability development, and strategic execution. The Senior Director will partner closely with leaders across the organization to ensure that decisions are informed by data, priorities are aligned to business objectives, and scalable practices are in place to support growth.

This role is ideal for a leader who can balance long-term strategic thinking with disciplined execution, bringing together people, processes, technology, and insights to accelerate organizational performance.

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

 

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the strategic vision for organizational enablement across Customer Solutions
  • Translate business priorities into actionable strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and operational improvement
  • Drive alignment between business objectives, delivery execution, and organizational capabilities
  • Establish a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-informed decision-making

Organizational Leadership

  • Lead and develop a multi-functional organization focused on business enablement, operational effectiveness, and strategic execution
  • Build leadership capability and strengthen organizational effectiveness across multiple disciplines
  • Design and implement operating models that support scalability, collaboration, and business performance
  • Establish clear priorities, performance expectations, and success measures
  • Foster a high-performance culture grounded in ownership, innovation, and teamwork

Business Intelligence & Decision Support

  • Develop and operationalize enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities that support executive decision-making
  • Deliver actionable insights that improve customer outcomes, business performance, and operational efficiency
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through data analysis and performance measurement
  • Drive adoption of reporting frameworks and performance dashboards across the organization
  • Champion a culture where business decisions are guided by meaningful insights and measurable outcomes

Capability Development & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive initiatives that strengthen organizational capabilities and improve long-term effectiveness
  • Promote innovation through scalable frameworks, best practices, reusable assets, and modern ways of working
  • Identify systemic challenges and implement sustainable solutions that improve business performance
  • Partner with leaders to evaluate emerging technologies, processes, and opportunities for improvement
  • Lead transformation initiatives that enhance agility, efficiency, and customer value

Operational Excellence & Performance Management

  • Establish and strengthen governance frameworks that support consistency, quality, and execution excellence
  • Standardize methodologies, performance management practices, and operational processes where appropriate
  • Improve organizational predictability, scalability, and operational discipline
  • Monitor key performance indicators and ensure accountability for business outcomes
  • Drive cross-functional coordination to remove barriers and accelerate execution

Change Leadership

  • Lead complex organizational and operational initiatives that support business transformation
  • Build stakeholder alignment and engagement around strategic priorities
  • Develop communication and adoption strategies that support successful change implementation
  • Measure and communicate the impact of transformation efforts across the organization

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 

 

Experience

  • 12–18+ years of experience in technology services, consulting, SaaS, or related industries
  • 5+ years leading complex, multi-functional organizations across areas such as analytics, architecture, governance, PMO, operational excellence, or business enablement
  • Demonstrated success leading leaders, driving transformation, and building high-performing teams
  • Experience supporting large-scale delivery, customer success, or services organizations preferred
  • Experience in cloud-based service organizations preferred

Leadership & Competencies

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional senior stakeholders
  • Systems thinker with the ability to integrate business strategy, technology, data, and operational execution
  • Proven ability to build organizational capability and drive transformation at scale
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational discipline and execution excellence

Functional Expertise

  • Enterprise analytics and reporting strategies
  • Organizational effectiveness and operational excellence
  • Governance, PMO, and performance management frameworks
  • Change management and transformation leadership
  • Continuous improvement methodologies and scalable operating models
  • Customer success models and service delivery organizations

Technical & Business Acumen

  • Understanding of leading cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Familiarity with data platforms, analytics ecosystems, and visualization tools
  • Strong grasp of services economics, including margin management, utilization, forecasting, and operational performance
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions and measurable outcomes

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field required
  • MBA or equivalent leadership experience preferred
