We offer a position as Senior Architect with long-term career prospects within our architecture department. The role focuses on laboratory and production buildings for the pharmaceutical and biotech industry in Switzerland, with a strong emphasis on high-quality architectural design.
Your responsibilities will cover all tasks across project phases 1–5 in accordance with SIA standards.

- Lead and contribute to architectural design for complex laboratory and production facilities
- Manage and execute projects across SIA phases 1–5
- Develop design concepts that integrate technical and regulatory requirements into high-quality architecture
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Swiss standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Show your expertise
- Master of Science in Architecture (Switzerland or equivalent) and 5–7 years of professional experience in the Swiss market
- Ideally, experience in the design of pharmaceutical and/or biotech facilities
- Proficiency in CAD and BIM tools, especially Revit, as well as strong knowledge of relevant Swiss standards and regulations
- Ability to visually present and clearly communicate results according to project phases
- Creative, team-oriented, with a fast grasp of complex topics and the ability to distill key information
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
- Strong customer focus, ability to inspire, and confident stakeholder management, including leadership skills in client interactions
- Fluent in German, English, and French, with a passion for translating complex technical requirements into identity-defining architecture
