IT Business Systems Manager

The Business Systems Manager is responsible for the operational ownership, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise business systems within their assigned domain, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related integrations. This role will manage a team of data analysts and lead their day to day duties for overall team success. Ensuring business systems are stable, reliable, and aligned to defined business processes by translating requirements from Business Analysis into effective system solutions. The position serves as the primary owner of day-to-day system performance, issue resolution, and solution delivery, while partnering closely with Business Analysis and IT leadership to support organizational goals.
