This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and scaling a high-performing Business Development organization that drives top-of-funnel pipeline across North America. You will lead a team at the intersection of sales execution, data-driven optimization, and AI-enabled prospecting, shaping how modern pipeline generation is executed at scale. The role blends strategic ownership of outbound and inbound development motions with hands-on leadership of a growing team of BDRs. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align messaging, improve conversion rates, and accelerate revenue generation. A key focus will be integrating AI-driven workflows to enhance productivity, personalization, and pipeline efficiency.
