Job Description
- Lead development and refinement of country-level market diagnostics, identifying hotspots and growth opportunities, and defining clear intervention strategies and escalation paths. Contribute to quarterly regional reports, providing insights on key risks and cross-functional action plans.
- Conduct data analysis to understand viewership patterns and growth metrics. Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for partners and develop compelling local narratives for annual and mid-year country reviews in collaboration with country leads.
- Program manage regional strategic projects, driving cross-functional action plans between Business, Marketing, and Product teams within the region and globally.
- Provide thought leadership and ensure strategic alignment across various stakeholders. Integrate regional feedback into global planning cycles.
- Develop and implement innovative experiments to enhance our go-to-market strategies. Perform data analyses to define parameters and evaluate efficacy, navigate internal processes, and support leadership in scaling successful initiatives.
