Supervisor - Families Rising LI Program

Position Description:  - Report to the program AVP, and/or covering leadership; attend weekly clinical meeting to report on cases, staff development, and personal development and coaching. - Manage and oversee the assigned team model/program by providing guidance and direct supervision for the implementation of services and ensure team’s integration. - Model adequate standard of care for tutors and coaches by conducting best practice with clients through adherence and regulatory standards from stakeholders.     - Develop and Implement outreach and onboarding plan in partnership with ACS to help the engaged of newly entering and current college students; including support with summer-bridge...
