We’re looking for hardworking, reliable team members to join our installation crew building world-class indoor running tracks and sports surfaces. If you enjoy hands-on work, traveling to new places, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality craftsmanship—this is the job for you.
What You’ll Do
- Install indoor running tracks and athletic surfacing systems
- Prepare surfaces, mix materials, and apply coatings
- Operate hand tools and specialized installation equipment
- Work as part of a crew to complete projects on time and to spec
- Follow safety guidelines and company standards on every job
- Travel to job sites across the country (most of the year)
What We’re Looking For
- Construction or general labor experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person)
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends when needed
- Comfortable working on your feet and in various job site conditions
- Team player who takes pride in doing quality work
Additional Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate
- Clean criminal background required
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
- Demonstrated punctuality and dependability
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to changing schedules
