What we are looking for:
A facilities manager oversees all aspects of building functions and guarantees the safety and functionality of all facilities. Duties include running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and supervising and working with facilities staff on a hands-on basis as required to meet Agency and departmental goals.
What you will need:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of two years supervisory experience.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record and proof of auto insurance.
ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL DESIGNATION
This position has been designated as an Essential Personnel position by the Agency. This means that the duties and responsibilities of your position are essential to the safe and secure operation of the agency or the program in which you work. As an essential employee, you shall be responsible for getting to work or remaining at work as needed during times of buildings and grounds breakdowns, extreme weather conditions or natural disasters.
