Essential Functions:
To properly set up and maintain a clean efficient bar throughout the shift
Approach and greet guests
Take guests orders
Order delivery for supplies needed to maintain the bar
Service the bar
Clean and clear service areas
Ensure a uniform appearance
Completes other duties as assigned by manager
Ability to properly present, open, decant and serve wine and champagne
Working Environment:
Beverage storerooms, Interior of hotel, in the restaurant, lounge, with exposure to extreme temperatures.
Exposure to Food and Beverage hazardous cleaning chemicals.
Exposure to food items and beverages.
Long periods of standing
Qualifications:
Prior bartending experience preferred
Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be attentive to detail.
Must be pleasant and friendly.
Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
