We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant- Change Management within our Business Consulting business unit in Johannesburg
About the Job:
The Senior Consultant- Change Management will be part of the consulting team and will be responsible for delivering high-quality and value-adding people & change (HR) solutions in multidisciplinary client engagements to support client organisation(s) to become more agile in order to improve their business performance by changing the way people are led, managed and developed, while simultaneously helping them to repurpose their corporate culture.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver People and Change (P&C) solutions as part of client engagements as required in line with the agreed scope, project plan, budget and expected high-quality standards. The solutions are primarily in the following domains:
· Behavioural change management and culture change
· Organisation design for performance
· Talent management
· HR function optimisation
· Workforce intelligence and optimisation
· Rewards management
· Learning and development In addition to being a member of multiple delivery teams, the successful candidate will also be expected to lead a workstream on small projects and work independently from time-to-time with minimal supervision from a Manager Assist with gathering of information for client and engagement risk assessment processes as required i.e. completion of Know Your Clients (KYC) on-line forms. Take initiative to build business knowledge, gain insights and keep abreast with new business trends in the HR field in order to provide relevant P&C solutions to clients. Participate in internal firm initiatives as and when required. Comply with the firm's policies and procedures, code of conduct as well as training requirements
· Always promote the values of the firm
· Support business development and go-to-market initiatives, draft proposals, build business relationships through own networks and generally contribute to the attainment of business objectives

Qualification Required:
· Relevant Honours degree, Masters' degree will be an added advantage
· Minimum 3-4 years consulting experience in a reputable Management Consulting firm or 3-4 years corporate HR consulting experience in a supervisory role
· Demonstrate awareness of the future HR trends, leading HR practices and emerging technologies that support the optimisation of people processes in a business
· Registration or working towards registration with recognised professional bodies
