What you will be doing?
Managing recruitment for Care Assistant and support roles across Wales
Building strong relationships with branch managers across Welsh locations
Designing and delivering targeted recruitment campaigns via job boards and social media. Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics, pipeline and your personal KPI’s
Attending careers fairs and community events to raise CCH's profile locally
Supporting onboarding initiatives and promoting retention across the region

What you need
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in care, healthcare, or high-volume sectors
Confident communicator, able to build rapport at all levels
Comfortable working autonomously across a large geographic patch
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Data-driven approach to managing recruitment activity and reporting
Passionate about making a difference through people
Able to work with and achieve based on KPI’s
