Job Description
You will manage and maintain professional relationships with existing distributor accounts while supporting regional revenue and profitability goals through effective price, contract, and accounts receivable management You gain trust quickly with internal and external partners, including business owners and executive-level employees, to drive sales and strengthen distributor relationships Identify new distributor prospects to support plant loading and position Linde as the supplier of choice with distributor purchasing groups You are expected to lead development of economic and competitive analyses for new business opportunities and market initiatives aligned with organizational priorities Prepare and negotiate detailed supply agreements in collaboration with business and legal teams, ensuring alignment with broader company strategies You establish and grow account relationships across product groups, acting as liaison between key customers and internal business partners to pursue focused opportunities Participate in developing sales strategies with business development, key account, and sales teams to identify target accounts and drive growth Drive the sales process and achieve annual sales growth goals while formulating response strategies and communication plans
