The Role
You are the force multiplier for the CEO and the founding team. Not just an operator, a strategic partner who ensures the company scales as fast as the product. You'll bridge high-level strategy and relentless execution at a moment when both matter enormously: we have product-market fit, paying clients, and more demand than we can serve. Now we need to build the machine.

What You'll Do
Strategic Projects:
- Own high-impact initiatives that cut across the business — vertical expansion, pricing strategy, and partnership development.
Operating Cadence:
- Design and run the drums of the company — leadership meetings, goal-setting, and internal comms — to keep a fast-growing team aligned and moving.
Founder Extension:
- Represent the founding team in meetings, synthesizing information and moving decisions forward when founders are deep in product or client delivery.
GTM & Growth:
- Partner with the founding team to expand the sales pipeline, deepen client relationships, and build the commercial motion that scales beyond founder-led selling.
Client Delivery:
- Help structure and scale engagement models as we grow from a handful of clients to many. You're accountable for delivery quality, not just coordination.
Engineering Partnership:
- You're one of the conduits between client feedback and engineering. You ensure what clients need is what the team builds — fidelity and speed matter here.
Who You Are
Must-haves:
- 5+ years of experience; mix of structured environment (consulting, banking, PE) and operator experience at a startup is the sweet spot
- Proven commercial chops — you've built proposals, run deal cycles, and closed
- Technical fluency — comfortable working directly with engineering; you understand product well enough to translate between clients and builders
- Strong analytical instincts — you build the model, you don't just read it
- Low ego, high output — you care about the result, not the credit

- Has built something, started something, or operated somewhere with nowhere to hide
- Exposure to deal ops, GTM, or client delivery functions
- Thrives in ambiguity — you've operated in environments where the playbook doesn't exist yet
- Deeply curious about AI and reaches for new tools unprompted
Who You'll Work With
Our founders bring deep technology experience (Google-scale systems serving hundreds of millions of users) and domain expertise in high-stakes business decisions from top consulting and private equity firms. You'll be the connective tissue between these worlds — and between the company we are today and the company we're becoming.
