Job Description
As Senior MarCom Manager, you are responsible for translating customer and business needs into impactful marketing communication solutions and programmes. You play a key role in shaping and delivering integrated communication initiatives that strengthen the brand, support commercial growth and enhance customer engagement. You combine strong market understanding, strategic thinking and execution capability to develop relevant communication approaches and ensure their successful implementation across channels and markets. Your role Develop a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends and competitive positioning Translate insights into clear communication propositions and initiatives aligned with business priorities Define and contribute to the MarCom vision and roadmap within your domain Identify opportunities for impactful communication programmes and campaigns Shape solutions that support commercial growth and brand positioning Design high-level communication concepts and campaign approaches Build business cases and validate feasibility based on impact, cost and value Support the development of scalable and repeatable communication solutions Lead the end-to-end delivery of communication initiatives, from concept to execution Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure quality, timing and budget alignment Ensure campaigns and programmes are effectively launched and operational Act as a senior partner to internal stakeholders, including business, sales and marketing teams Provide guidance and expertise on communication approaches and customer engagement Contribute to bids, tenders and strategic initiatives with domain expertise Lead, coach and support a team of MarCom experts Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous development
