Job Summary:
Responsible for managing relationships with Long Lead Equipment (LLE) vendors and ensuring smooth aftersales support. Focuses on vendor performance, delivery assurance, and post-delivery service to support operational and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for LLE vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (projects, operations, engineering) to resolve vendor-related issues.
  • Facilitate communication between vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

2. Aftersales Support

  • Manage post-delivery support, including warranty claims for LLE.
  • Coordinate service requests, maintenance, and critical repairs with vendors and internal teams.
  • Ensure proper handover of spare parts and technical documentation (drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, equipment asset lists, etc.) for installed equipment.
  • Track and report service activities to management for performance evaluation and improvement.

Development Programs:

  • Cross-Functional Training: 6-month rotation across Cost, Supply Chain, and Project Execution functions.
  • Professional Certification: Opportunities to pursue CSCP, PMP, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt programs.
  • Leadership Development: Quarterly workshops on strategic planning and team management.
  • Digital Tools Training: ERP systems, DCIM software, and data analytics platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in vendor management or aftersales support, preferably with Long Lead Equipment.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with vendor management systems and project tracking tools.
