ACCOUNTABILITIESS/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Onboarding 

• Assist with gathering employees onboarding survey feedback for review sessions.
• Assist with new hires on-boarding journey: Shine Spark eCards & team engagement/building activities.

•  Assist in planning and executing the employee engagement activities across the organization between various department.

• Assist with gathering post event survey feedback for review sessions.
