ABOUT THE ROLE 

Our Global IT team supports a fast-paced, international organization by delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality technology solutions across multiple regions. Working closely with business partners, the team drives innovation and operational excellence across enterprise platforms, data, analytics, cybersecurity, and end-user services. Collaboration, continuous improvement, and a strong service mindset are at the core of how the team operates, with a clear focus on reliability, user experience, and business impact. 

The Poland IT team is a highly skilled group that plays a key role within the global IT organization. While small in size, the team has broad responsibilities and strong ownership, contributing directly to platform administration, application support, data and reporting solutions, and global initiatives. Team members work closely with colleagues across regions. This environment is well suited to professionals who value autonomy, impact, and collaboration within a lean, expert team. 

We are looking for a skilled Specialist, Power Platform to join our IT team and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.  

In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into intuitive, scalable solutions that optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and support digital transformation initiatives. 

The Specialist, Power Platform has the following main responsibilities: 

  • Design, implement and test Power BI reports in collaboration with the business units. 

  • Design, implement and test customizations and processes in Dynamics 365 CRM always keeping the end user in mind.  

  • Create and manage custom entities, fields, formulas, analytics, snapshots and reports including the development of custom reports and dashboards.  

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.  

  • Suggest automation to gain efficiency.   

  • Designs business solutions that connect Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and AI Builder. 

  • Translates business processes into digital workflows and apps. 

  • Owns governance basics (environments, security roles, data modeling). 

  • Works closely with business stakeholders and IT. 

  • Providing support and end-user training.  

  • Preparing and maintaining technical documentation. 

  • Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365, Power BI and Power App features and trends.  

 

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar.  

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Power BI  

  • Certifications with any versions of Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power App, AI Builder or Power Automate would be an asset  

  • At least 2 years' experience as a solution administrator.  

  • Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.  

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.  

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.  

  • Innovative and technology savvy with a passion for quality solution delivery  

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to coach and mentor  

  • Ability to propagate information promptly, clearly, and unambiguously and ability to develop strong relationships with business representatives and users
