Through this complete marketing solution, we can help advertisers get laser-focused on who our mutual customers are, what they want, and how we can meet their needs.

We are hiring a Manager – Data Analytics in India passionate about delivering extraordinary strategic and performance insights on Amex Offers. The role will focus on driving forth the Amex Offers charter via state-of-the-art intelligence at the merchant as well as campaign level. This is a high-impact, strategic role at the intersection of business and media analytics, with opportunities to influence product development and executive decision-making. Core to this is stakeholder management, clear communication, and data-driven perspectives. Ideal candidates will have an analytics or data science background, experience directly working with advertising and transaction data.

  • Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end strategy analytics for Global card-linked offer (AmEx Offers) campaigns.
  • Drive consultative & strategic analytical projects focused on large merchants, industry & Amex offers based strategies 
  • Design semi scaled products to prioritize merchants, support forecasting and drive targeting strategies
  • Partner with AODM product teams to help provide recommendations at scale 
  • Work closely with Business Development, Customer to provide impactful insights ensuring smooth pitch as well as onboarding process
  • Put enterprise thinking first, connect the role’s agenda to enterprise priorities and balance the needs of customers, partners, colleagues & shareholders.

  • 5+ years in media analytics, reporting, or performance measurement - ideally in ad tech, Martech, or digital media
  • Bachelor's in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/ Engineering; Post Graduation in Engineering/Statistics/Operations Research/Mathematics/Economics preferred
  • Strong solid understanding of digital media KPIs, CLO campaign dynamics, and marketing measurement techniques
  • Solid foundation in mathematics and statistical analysis
  • Fluency in SQL and proficiency in Python; Strong experience with Machine Learning algorithms and models
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Self-starter, ability to drive insights from the data, provide actionable steps and drive results
